An outstanding location with easy beach access. The staff, especially Dwight, exceeded expectations—helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but sandy from prior guests. Air conditioning failed, leaving us sweltering at 82 degrees. Insufficient maintenance personnel hindered prompt resolution. One noteworthy convenience was the bathrooms near our beach exit. the restaurant experience was disappointing. Pricing felt exorbitant, and the beer selection left much to be desired. A security presence near the extra parking would enhance guest safety. a solid experience marred by a few notable issues. My grandson loved it, which reflects well on the ambiance. Worth a return visit with hopes for improvement on the maintenance side.

The room was clean, with no bugs, and the bed was notably comfortable, featuring three pillows per bed—perfect for a restful night. The temperature control worked well, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. Despite being close to the bar and grill, noise levels could be an issue, especially during the evening. Each floor had free ice, and morning coffee was a nice touch, allowing for easy pick-me-ups. there was no microwave, which would have been convenient. The balcony offered a beautiful view, though smoking wasn’t allowed there, requiring a trek outside.

Great location in the center of the boardwalk strip with all rooms overlooking the beach. The rooms were clean and well, maintained, offering good value for the price. Convenient onsite restaurant with friendly staff. Early parking and late checkout options allowed for extra beach time.
The check, in experience was disappointing, with rude staff members and confusion regarding the room reservation. Additional parking fees were not clearly communicated.

Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying smooth jazz serenading me from the landscaped areas outside set the perfect tone for my stay, and with the beach just a few steps away, I loved being able to relax on my balcony and watch the sunrise while feeling the salty sea breeze; being right next to the iconic King Neptune statue and surrounded by great shops and restaurants really enhanced my experience, and with the pool available for a post-beach dip, it made for an unforgettable getaway! The hotel offers great amenities and friendly service, but a bit more seating in the lobby would certainly help guests feel more comfortable while waiting.

I couldn't get any sleep because the noise from partiers in the hall was nonstop. I called security multiple times, but nothing changed. It was frustrating being stuck in a room while others were having a wild night right outside.

Oceanfront views from every room were stunning, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome right from check-in. Free coffee in the morning was a nice touch. the room cleanliness could’ve been better; I found sand from previous guests and dead ants on the walls. Parking was tight, and I felt a bit uneasy accessing the overflow lot at night. Towels took too long to arrive after requesting them twice, though they were delivered promptly once I called. a relaxing spot with potential for improvement.

Great location! Just steps away from the beach and boardwalk, perfect for easy access. The room had a beautiful balcony with a stunning view.
The bed had a noisy box spring, which was a bit bothersome. the lack of microwaves in the rooms was inconvenient.

My squad and I had a blast hitting up Busch Gardens – roller coasters galore! And when we needed to chill, the Wi-Fi was clutch for sharing our selfies. Epic outdoor day vibes, for real.
Needed better party scene nearby for us young peeps looking to turn up all night! No dull moments allowed, ya dig?

the staff was friendly and courteous, and the location was great. my room was on the first floor with easy beach access, and the view of the beach was amazing. the pool was clean and warm, and my kids really enjoyed the kid-friendly environment. the staff, including the cleaning ladies and maintenance, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I felt like a VIP surrounded by the best dining options and entertainment. The indoor pool was my little oasis, plus the location was just perfect for my taste.
Who doesn't love finding hair on their towels? Just adds to the luxurious experience!

The location was unbeatable, right on the boardwalk, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. The oceanfront view from our balcony was breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy the sunrise and beach activities. We appreciated the convenience of the 3 elevators and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The indoor pool and restaurant were nice amenities to have on-site. The evening servers in the restaurant were exceptional, providing great service during our meals. On the downside, the room had its shortcomings. The lack of a microwave was a disappointment, especially when wanting to heat up a quick snack. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but we managed to make do. We also encountered issues with the cleanliness of the coffee pot in our room and the non-functional vending machines on some floors. One night, we were startled awake by a water leak in the ceiling over the AC unit, which was a bit unsettling. Despite these challenges, we were able to enjoy our stay overall, thanks to the engaging activities on the boardwalk and the beautiful oceanfront setting. If the Oceanfront Inn can address these minor issues and possibly add more room amenities like a microwave, it would. But for now, I would still consider staying here again for the fantastic location and views it offers.

We had an amazing time at this beachfront hotel! The ocean view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the pool water was just the right temperature for a refreshing dip. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect - right on the boardwalk and close to everything we wanted to explore. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the Neptune restaurant. We can't wait to come back!

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff. The Oceanfront Inn - Virginia Beach also offers quick dining options at Osprey Café and is near Virginia Beach's first mall, providing a variety of shopping and dining choices.
Needs a much-needed remodel.

loved the location right on the beach, and had a good view from the balcony. beds were comfy, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating! mike and vance at the front desk and vince - the maintenance guy - were awesome. easy beach access just outside the door, and close to dining and shopping too.

The parking garage was too small for larger vehicles, making it difficult to find a suitable spot. The room was outdated and lacked a hair dryer and microwave. The shower was cramped for taller guests and the bedding was minimal, with only a sheet on the bed. However, the location was fantastic, and the manager was attentive and accommodating. The hotel's proximity to the boardwalk made it easily accessible for guests with mobility challenges, providing convenience for beach access. I would recommend this hotel.
